Nottingham Forest Partners with UK for UNHCR to Champion Refugee Support
UK for UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency’s UK charity partner, has joined forces with Nottingham Forest Football Club in a standout collaboration that combines sport and global humanitarian impact. In the 2022–23 season, both the Men’s and Women’s teams will wear a specially branded jersey featuring the agency’s logo—a powerful symbol of support for refugees forced to flee conflict or persecution.
This partnership goes far beyond a logo. Nottingham Forest is using its platform to raise awareness and deliver tangible impact for displaced communities. The club is making a generous financial contribution and leveraging its reach to support humanitarian aid—from emergency shelter to medical care.
Aligning with its long-standing values of community and inclusion, Nottingham Forest continues to lead in the social impact space. From local mental health campaigns to youth support programmes, the club has always championed causes that matter. Now, by supporting UNHCR’s work, the club brings its values to the global stage.
Ultimately, this collaboration highlights how football can be a force for good. It’s not just about awareness—it’s about action. Nottingham Forest and UK for UNHCR are working together to make a meaningful difference to those who need it most.
